    • Each team will determine specific in-office days based on project requirements and collaboration needs.
    2. Remote Work Guidelines
    • Employees may work remotely for up to 3 days a week unless otherwise specified by their manager.
    • Remote work must be conducted during standard working hours to ensure availability for team communication and client interactions.
    3. Office Presence
    • On designated in-office days, all team members are required to be present to foster teamwork, brainstorming, and efficient project discussions.
    • Exceptions can be made for personal or medical emergencies with prior approval from the manager.
    4. Communication & Collaboration
    • All employees must remain reachable during working hours, regardless of their location.
    • Team meetings, client calls, and other collaborative activities will be conducted via digital platforms to ensure seamless participation for remote workers.
    5. Technology & Security
    • Employees are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and securing company data when working remotely.
    • All team members must adhere to RealtyGizmo's IT Security Policy when accessing sensitive information remotely.
    6. Productivity & Accountability
    • Employees must meet deadlines and maintain consistent performance, irrespective of their work location.
    • Daily or weekly check-ins with managers will ensure progress tracking and accountability.
    7. Eligibility for Hybrid Work

    The hybrid work model is available to all full-time employees unless their role requires them to be on-site full-time (e.g., IT infrastructure, office management).

    8. Revisions & Flexibility
    • This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated based on feedback and operational needs.
    • Employees are encouraged to share suggestions to improve the hybrid work experience.
