This policy outlines the framework for our hybrid work approach:
- Employees are expected to work five days a week with a combination of remote and in-office days.
- Each team will determine specific in-office days based on project requirements and collaboration needs.
- Employees may work remotely for up to 3 days a week unless otherwise specified by their manager.
- Remote work must be conducted during standard working hours to ensure availability for team communication and client interactions.
- On designated in-office days, all team members are required to be present to foster teamwork, brainstorming, and efficient project discussions.
- Exceptions can be made for personal or medical emergencies with prior approval from the manager.
- All employees must remain reachable during working hours, regardless of their location.
- Team meetings, client calls, and other collaborative activities will be conducted via digital platforms to ensure seamless participation for remote workers.
- Employees are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and securing company data when working remotely.
- All team members must adhere to RealtyGizmo's IT Security Policy when accessing sensitive information remotely.
- Employees must meet deadlines and maintain consistent performance, irrespective of their work location.
- Daily or weekly check-ins with managers will ensure progress tracking and accountability.
The hybrid work model is available to all full-time employees unless their role requires them to be on-site full-time (e.g., IT infrastructure, office management).
- This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated based on feedback and operational needs.
- Employees are encouraged to share suggestions to improve the hybrid work experience.
